Returns + Exchanges
Returns
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All approved returns are eligible for store credit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Barn Depot does not provide return labels or cover the cost of return shipment.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned standard items, as well as any cancelled orders.
Custom, made-to-order, and final sale products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, as they are created or designated specifically for each customer.
Exchanges
Standard items are exchangeable for other products within 30 days of purchase. Custom items are not exchangeable.
Custom Products
Custom items are final sale and not qualified for return, replacement, refund or exchange. It is the responsibility of the client to verify product description for accuracy.
If an item is damaged during freight transit then the customer has 2 days to email office@barndepot.com to alert Barn Depot of the damage, and then return the damaged item to Barn Depot within 30 days. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Barn Depot will replace, repair or refund the purchase price of item. Barn Depot will decide upon replacement, repair or refund based on the inspection of product. Please see detailed notes regarding Freight Delivery Protocol here www.barndepot.com/shipping. Damage not reported within 2 days of receipt will not qualify for replacement, repair or refund.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled within 2 weeks of order date for a full refund. After 2 weeks a 15% restocking fee will apply to all standard items that are cancelled. Custom items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
